The INN’s internship program is a vital part of the ministry in two ways. First of all, interns play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the ministry. This not only provides interns with important experience in the realities of ministry life and leadership, it also allows them to bring their creativity, energy and insight to the ongoing mission of the INN. Secondly, the intern program is key to the mission of the INN because it gets to the heart of what the INN is about – raising up the next generation of leaders who will be agents of restoration for the sake of Jesus Christ.
